The Importance of Online Strategy:
The need for an integrated strategy between online and direct channels has led us to optimize OTAs and to study the right sales strategy also through these channels.
In a hotel characterized by a group clientele, we implemented a complementary strategy which allowed us to reach individual clients as well to enhance the total occupancy.
The results were as positive (increase in turnover, employment and also in the average sales rate) that we made an offer to manage the hotel and it is currently in direct management portfolio.
